This comes out perfect everytime! Incredible aroma fills the air as it is baking. The best part is that this cost under $5.00 to create.🙂
Preheat oven: 350°
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
6 Tbsp of margarine (melted)
1 tsp of baking soda
pinch of salt
1 cup sugar
1 egg beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
Mash bananas and margarine together first. Then, go down ingredient list adding the rest.
All the ingredients are whipped together in one bowl. No need for a mixer this can be whipped together with a fork. The touch of cinnamon creates a wonderful fall aroma. I know a whole cup of sugar seems like a lot but this is a no icing cake. Me and Caleb like a slab of cream cheese on the side.
Ingredients whipped together & ready to go into a greased cake pan, loaf pan or even a muffin pan.
We used a round cake pan. This recipe will not disappoint and it is so easy.
Leave in the oven about 25 minutes or until a butter knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Hope you enjoy this easy frugal recipe! 🙂

This looks so moist and I love a simple recipe like this! I’m more apt to use up those bananas if I have something eas in mind.
